Refunds.
One simple rule: cancel a booking at least 24 hours before it starts and you get every dirham back.
1. Session bookings
- 24 hours or more before start — cancel from the match page or your profile and you receive a full, automatic refund to your original payment method.
- Less than 24 hours before start — no refund. Your spot is released and offered to the waitlist so someone else can play.
The 24-hour rule is the same for every member, on every tier.
2. If we cancel
If OnTheMove cancels a session — for any reason, including weather, venue availability, or safety — every confirmed booking is refunded in full.
3. Platinum membership
- Cancel any time from your account’s billing settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Platinum benefits until then.
- No partial-month refunds.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. All amounts are in UAE dirhams (AED).
